Meditation can help you feel calm

Your thoughts are not your reality. Meditations can help survivors who are dealing with negative thoughts or feelings that can't seem to go away. Meditating every day can greatly improve mental health.

These guided meditations will walk you through the process step by step.

Motivation

You are not alone. Some survivors feel motivated after hearing from other survivors who are further along on their healing journey. Below are some stories from survivors. Trigger Warning: They do reference sexual assault through their speech.

I believe you, and you are not alone.
